ThriftStorePK operates this online store and website, including any mobile applications, and all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated thrift shopping experience.
ThriftStorePK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms & Conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

ThriftStorePK primarily sells thrifted and pre-owned items unless otherwise stated.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

An order is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully processed (or confirmed in case of Cash on Delivery).

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

All returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Refund & Return Policy.

Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

ThriftStorePK is powered by Shopify; however, all sales and transactions are directly between you and ThriftStorePK.

Shopify is not responsible for products, deliveries, refunds, or disputes. You release Shopify from all claims related to purchases made through our store.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
