Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Charges
We aim to be fair and transparent regarding shipping costs:
✔ If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, wrong size delivered, damaged item, or incorrect description)
We will bear the courier charges for the return.
✔ If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered, size selected incorrectly, or any mistake from the customer’s end)
The customer will bear the courier charges for sending the item back.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days.
If the exchange request is due to our mistake, we will cover the courier charges.
If the exchange is due to change of mind or customer mistake, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
Note: There is no refund for change of mind. You may exchange the product instead, as long as it meets the return conditions.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if the return is approved based on our mistake (wrong item, incorrect description, damaged or defective product).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your provided bank account within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@thriftstorepk.com.
